Sports Direct Corporate Office Headquarters

I am disgusted at Sports Direct Customer service who after losing my return package have failed to give me a proper response or answer after 3 months of correspondence.It is not the loss of the item or the refund but the ethos and principal of a large organisation that fails to offer a phone number nor a satisfactory answer. Someone in your company steals but that is not my problem. It is a joke and I shall not be using a shoddy company like yours again.

terrible company. Cant even answer the phone. We have been treated terribly by the manager of the SPORTS DIRECT Meole Brace, SHRESWSBURY STORE. Called my wife a liar, after she tried to return a faulty product (a very cheap belt, not even worth arguing about, after we spent over £100 in store). I am currently still on the phone after 10 mins, no answer. Needless to say, we will NEVER shop at this companies stores again, OR use them online. DO NOT buy from this company, or any other they own. Matter of principle, not about the money.... I HATE retailers who operate like this and treat their customers like shite.

I have a member of staff who is leaving on 6 April, after 30 years of service. I have ordered and paid for in advance a personalised Rugby Shirt. It has still not arrived order SD40000097878491. I have gone round and round in circles on your chat, emailed, phone the above number - please please can you help and someone speak to me in person.

Horrible company, I ordered an item and have not got it and they say it had been delivered by EVRI who says the same, I've looked everywhere and I can't find it and have no proof of the item being delivered, they are not helping and rejected my claim wow I hope this company closes down for good, I have put them on social media, please dont shop there they are not good, they use to be....

Stay clear of this company, don't care about there customers when a problem arises.

Absolutely awful Company - say clear everyone! I ordrred a top to be deluvrred to a store on 21 March, a month later I still have not heard anything and look at my account where it was showing that it was still with Courier and hadnt moved any further forward! I contacted the so called Customer Services - of which there is none! Explaining that the item has never been shipping a month and half later I was told that I had to wait until package us returned by Courier. Why am I being penalised for something that is not my fault - OTS BETWEEN THEM & THE COURIER. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 😡

I ordered a click and collect item to collect from their store. Apparently Evri delivered it to the sports direct store and sports direct cannot locate it. They refuse to refund me even though I was not handed my order as they said it was delivered. Had to dispute with my bank.

Was trying to get an issue resolved where I had been deceived by a very sneaky and dishonest store manager, you try to call customer service, it tells you to press zero for reception, then it immediately hangs up on you. Pack of crooks who just don’t care once they have tricked you into handing over money.
