My internet jacket order never arrived. When I called customer service, Anne-Marie responded and informed me that it was considered lost. The blazer I had purchased at an insider event had reverted to its original price. I was completely expecting to simply receive a refund, but that was not the case. I had the jacket reordered (at no additional expense, even though it was at full price), and today I finally got it. What outstanding support from the customer!
