Actually, I have had a great experience with broadband. (Better than previous supplier, sent wireless router without issue; connects network wirelessly as well.) Three's kind gift for registering also arrived on time—excellent. In the past three months, there has only been one very minor interruption lasting an hour. Regards three, no regrets
Yesterday, February 17, I received incredibly excellent service from Three Shop in Folkestone. James impressed me with his helpfulness, intelligence, and warmth. He was really patient and took his time to explain the procedure I needed to follow. didn't feel hurried, and he explained the procedure clearly. I would advise spending time with James if you're looking for great service. He is an asset to the business.
The systems all go wrong when the new sim arrives, but not what the new number is. Having missed world off when giving the NTL email address, I never received the information when setting up a monthly contract from my PAYG. Though the new sim worked for a few days it ceased and I have had to revert to my original Sim to use my mobile. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get it sorted but have given up. Sending my new sim back, as no one understands I don't have the new number, I accept it is my fault giving an incomplete email address, but it should not be so hard to get the situation remedied.
