This review serves as an apology for the offensive comment I made in March. My friend asked me to post a comment on his behalf because he was having trouble ending his contract and getting along with staff members. He felt let down and insulted. However, a few weeks later, all was OK, and, as far as I can recall, he received his money back. I apologise to Total Fitness!
Having been a member for eighteen years, my impression of Total Fitness in Crewe is that it's an excellent facility with top-notch instructors and a welcoming and accommodating staff. Since there is nothing like that in the area, I am devastated that it is closing. Although I can attest that the Crewe site is excellent and that many members will genuinely miss it, I don't really understand why there are such unfavourable reviews here.
