I think Linda, the manager, could not have been more kind and accommodating when I called the store to request a product! She truly proceeded to the offices and searched through every box to locate the one I was looking for! I picked it up the following morning after she held it for me. With this toy, a very happy child celebrated Christmas! The staff at the Kitchener branch was incredibly helpful and kind. Many thanks for everything!
I've been shopping at the Broadway Toys R Us branch in Vancouver for years, and this past weekend was the best experience I've ever had. The employee, Alexander, was outstanding and went above and beyond to ensure that we were all taken care of. In addition to being incredibly patient with my four-year-old daughter, he answered questions. We are very thankful, as we were unsure and considering shopping elsewhere for her car purchase. After interacting with him, we were fascinated and didn't consider leaving without buying something from him. He followed up as well, which was a wonderful extra!
