I only gave one star because I have to!
Was on internet chat for an hour and a half today, trying to sort out my mother's account. Although, as far as she is concerned, she has no account! We cancelled House phone, Broadband and Mobile in March, but they have been taking money from her account for her mobile since then. She is 84yrs old. My sister only noticed it when my mother showed her a bank statement. Vodafone states that only house phone and Broadbsnd was cancelled but this is not so.
Refused to repay her the money and wont cancel for another 30 days. Even asked uf they could send a security text to her mobile, which she hasn't got as she gave it up in March!!
I am going to write to HQ!!

Don't even think of leaving Vodafone if you value your sanity. At the time of writing this review I am 6 weeks into trying to get the unlocking code. The one I was given didn't work and nobody who works for Vodafone has a clue how to resolve the issue. I've travelled the world but had no joy. Call centres are scattered around the world and the accents are hard to understand as I'm sure mine is to them. So 'm a VODAFONE prisoner.

One star is much too good! It would be a minus if I could! Vodafone withdrew an extra £324 out of my account for an unknown ‘one off’ payment and despite numerous phone calls and reassurances from them that it will be paid back, they will not refund it to me! They seem to have no accountability, the employees consistently lie, head office will not respond back to correspondence and I quite frankly have never dealt with such incompetence.

 by time to disconnect vodafone

the info e-mail worked for the first e-mail. there response was to bill me £33 for a pay as you go mobile sim only. Then all responses to there response has bounced back

Just tried communicating via web - security questions.

1. my name 2. Company name 3. First line of address 4. Post code 5. amount of last bill 6. last two digits sort code 7. last two digits account no. 8. how many numbers on account 9. start date of last contract 10. how i last made contact with them. What a joke for a monthly account of less than £20.

They've only got one star as it doesn't allow you to submit the form without it

Signed up for the promise of Apple TV. After three months I am still waiting 7 have launched a complaint. I have since found that their complaints department is based in EGYPT & have no interest whatsoever in pursuing it . You spend an hour talking to these people & still I am still waiting for a straight answer as to where this is & you get a straight answer from these people apart from people who do not send emails but arrogantly insist on calling you when it is not convenient.

Have had the most frustrating weekend dealing with Vodaphone. I pay £60.00 a month and have done for ever for my package.

For Aug and Sept it has gone up to £260.00 because of data usage. I genuinely do not know why or what I have done differently. Vodaphone cannot tell me. I have been told my 2 customer service reps Patricia and Ray that its my responsibility and that's it. They were defensive and did not treat me like the loyal Vodaphone customer that I am.

After an hour and a quarter conversation, I was tole I would get a call back within 24 hours when I was dissatisfied with this response, I did not get any call back.

I rang again and went though the same conversation with little support to help me or understand what had happened

After a third conversation with Sonail I have the following comments:

1.I am still unsure after 3 separate conversations why my data usage is so high

2. Vodaphone communication regarding data is lost in a myriad of adverts so key communications and messages are not seen or clear. This enables extra charges to be made under the guise of "we have told you"

3. The advisors are so defensive and unhelpful

4. Why Vodaphone are happy to lose a customer like me who has been loyal and never been to another provider

5. The focus is not on customer service. There has been no attempt to help me understand or come to an amicable solution.

Terrible Customer Service and very disappointing

Wanting to reduce my monthly direct debit top-ups on my mobile phone I rang the given number only to be greeted by the customary robot. After eventually establishing that my call related to direct debit "it" advised me to click on the link in the text which had just been sent me. Problem- no text had been sent. A fact which I could not get through to "it". In despair I followed further advice given on the website, ie set up an account which would enable me to make the change. A time consuming process in that it was not user friendly. After establishing my credentials I clicked on the debit section only to find although it facilitated Increases in monthly payments there was no option to reduce. In the end I used pen and paper to achieve the objective. The final irony in sending this review is that I need to click a box to confirm I am not a robot!

Only put 1 star as you can’t leave it blank!

When is a Vodafone contract not a Vodafone contract? When it was sent by a technical glitch!! I had 2 calls with Vodafone when I agreed 3 new contracts but your team can only find one where I agree to a price on a contract. The second call is where I agree the lower price which I then received in an email a day later but I’m lying and that email is a technical glitch! How strange!
