We stopped at Corley Services on our way up from London to Manchester to pick up a road map and a bottle of water from WHSmiths. We discovered I had misplaced my passport in Manchester; therefore, in a desperate attempt to find it, we stopped at Corley on our way south the following day to inquire if anything had been discovered.There, in their safe, was the passport.
Their expertise was safer than life!
We spent the night at the Welcome Break Days Inn in Donnington. Our accommodation was excellent, with immaculate towels and bed linens. The bathroom and hand towels were both immaculate; the room had a drink tray, a TV, and a clean bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a really cosy double bed. Throughout our stay, we were able to take advantage of the free wifi and were not disappointed with the room or service. The hotel featured a bar, a seating area, hot meal options, and free parking. We had a wonderful overnight stay at £34-00. That works out to £17 per person for a perfectly clean hotel room. We will definitely return here in the future.
Poor customer service yet you can only leave a voice mail .staff will not give you head office number to make a complaint even though they lie to you about your complaint..
