Rubbish service

Disgraceful performance yesterday! Pharmacy closed , web site says it is open, no one answering the phone at either the branch (forest gate corby) or Head office . No message left on outside of branch to do the devcent thing ( let customers know if there is a problem)
Head office complaints line , finally answered by someone at 5.40, wh evidently had English as second language. I have contacted the Parliamentary Pharmacy Ombudsman, and also sent an email to Mr Seb Hobbs, expressing my dissatisfaction, at the poor communications in his company, the lack of respect shown to customers, and the fact that my 85 yearold parent is without meds. Are you there to serve your customers, or does it depend on the day and which way the wind blows?
I have to totally agree with the other negative reviews on this website, the place is being run like a Circus!

Head office phone number not manned .
Emails not answered. CEO den Hobbs does not respond to complaints.
Apparently it is OK for a branch (Corby Forest Gate) to be closed despite showing open on your website. Your people promise to phone back but I am still waiting 4 days later. Evidently senior management does not care so why would anyone else at this company?
I will be interested to see how Sunaks reliance on pharmacy’s to fill the NHS shortfalls will cope based on this episode.
Complained to PHSO ( pharmacy ombudsman) as this is totally unacceptable. Wells shareholders deserve better than this!

Since our local pharmacy has been taken over by Well the service has deteriorated, the staff have become demoralised and the waiting times lengthened. You can tell that the staff are being beaten down by absent management who evidently have no idea how to mange. They are neglecting their main and most important asset: the people who work there. There is an air of despondency and uncertainty for their future. What an appalling way to run a company!

Second time I have had to wait outside in the cold . Do not use well pharmacy Gorse covert Maxwell Drive. Again it took over half an hour to get in and give my name. 20 minutes later they came out with several peoples medication. Why should I or anyone after giving their name have to wait until they have a batch of prescriptions to give out. There was one young man waiting patiently and as I got up to get mine said I think they have forgotten me. Then when I get to the front to pick up my prescription they only had half of it. My G. P. Sent my prescription on Friday morning. Now I have to go back on Wednesday for the other 34. Never again will I use this place. Being disabled it is an effort for me. And having major spinal problems standing about in the cold does not do me any good. I will not be going back for this medication.
Looking at the reviews already posted he whole company seems incapable of organising the saying you could not organise a p*** up in a brewery.

For collection yesterday
As of today they have not got them but promised to ring
Heard nothing and I have now run out of live saving pills
They are closed now for the long weekend
Are you taking responsibility for my health.?

The mamagment of this company need a kick up the backside. I feel so sorry for all the staff who work here having to tell lies to customers. I honestly do not know how you manage to dtay open. I spent 3 hoors ringing yesterday but got no answer at all. After waiting in for my medication to come i had to struggle to get in the chemist only to get locked in at 17.10. I waited for my tray for over one and a half hours then i was given some of it in a bag and was told i couldn't have it in the tray as there was nobody to dispence it. I refused to take it like that because the Doctor put me on a tray for a reason wich i have had for at least eight years. If it couldnt be done properly the should have said as soon as i went in and not had me sitting there all that time for nothing. I got my script back off them after getting upset and angry. I just cannot take any more from this pathetically run chemist. It deseves to be shut down completely. It is a disgrace to the community this chemist. I feel so sad for the employees who work fou you. They all derserve medals for the conditions they have to work under .

Avoid if possible unless you have a couple of hours to spare!
