We had a sewer clog late on Saturday afternoon, which caused our property to flood. Our wonderful customer representative at WW gathered our information and assured us that an engineer from MetroRod, their subcontractor, would contact us soon to resolve the issue. He appeared after about an hour, removed the obstruction, and things returned to normal. We can't fault our experience, thus. I was shocked to see that every review had one star.
I had to call Welsh Water since I experienced a water leak recently. I had nothing but positive experiences with this firm, from the moment I contacted them until the issue was fixed. Excellent work was done in terms of communication, response, and outcome. Also very quickly. Everyone seemed to genuinely want to do a good job and was amiable and helpful. I couldn't have asked for more. Excellent work.
