On Monday, March 11th, I visited the business, and the personnel were really helpful. They made a special effort to locate trousers that would fit me. I'm glad I bought the trousers, and I love them. Without the assistance from the two nice women who were working that day, I might not have bothered! Without a doubt, I'll come back when I need something fresh.
The clothing and accessories were tastefully arranged in the store. Great ambiance at the store, with two amiable employees. incredibly supportive and eager to assist me in selecting the purse I should buy. The employees notified me as I walked in about the 20% off discount that was going on when I arrived. An excellent experience all around. Will undoubtedly return to the White City Whistles location! 10 out of 10.
I just want to say how the Guildford staff go above and beyond , they truly know what customer service is , Whistles was always a bit above my price range but I only shop there now as you get such a personal service and clothes are quality . If only more stores and services were like them , can’t recommend enough , give them all a pay rise ! All my friends are now Whistle customers too ! Never close Guildford store please !!!
