What a wonderful reaction YW gave today. I had a clogged drain at the back of my property that led to the sewer. A local company visited and gave a quotation to clear it for £225 plus VAT. I chatted with Kathy, a beautiful woman at YW, over the phone, and she made arrangements for an engineer to visit and have a look. An hour later, a nice young man arrived, inspected the drain, and started working right away to clean it. After doing a thorough CCTV check of the pipe work, the area was left spotless. Completely outstanding from beginning to end. Thank you very much!
I recently had a major problem with YW because my bill increased significantly. When I called their team, they investigated right away and fixed the issue because my bill had been sent out for three people living on the property (estimated for the entire year because they couldn't get access to read the metre). After I clarified that I was the only one living there, they put a hold on my account, assigned me a contact, and requested that I read the metre a few times over the course of several weeks, submit the readings again, and have them recalculated! They were really quite helpful! My conversation with Thomas was pleasant, and the issue was resolved!
