I TOOK OUT MY CAR INSURANCE WITH THEM IN MAY. IN JUNE THEY E,MAILED ME TO SAY I DIDNT DECLAIRE A CLAIM WHICH CLEARY I DIDNT BECAUSE THERE WASNT 1.THEY HAVE NOW CANCELLED MY INSURANCE FO NO REASON. 1 PERSON SAYING I HAD A ACCIDENT BACK LAST APRIL THEN PERSON NO 2 SAYING IT WAS APRIL THIS YR. THEN TO BE TOLD THEY ACTUALLY CANT FIND ANY CLAIM BUT WONT REANSTATE MY INSURANCE. NOW I HAVE TO PAY OVER £1300 AGAIN BECAUSE ITS ON THERE RECORD THAT IV HAD MY INSURANCECANCELLED. CANT EVEN SPEAK TO ANYONE HIGHER UP AS THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEY WILL TELL ME THE SAME. BUNCH OF MONEY GRABING SHITS THAT THINKS ITS OK TO TAKE PEOPLES MONEY THEN CANCEL THERE POLICY. WELL 1ST CENTRAL YOU HAVNT HERD THE LAST OF THIS. ABSOLUTY FUMING.

Absolutely appalling behavior from gin & shameer customer service manager, renewal price I was quoted way more higher than I received online with 1st central told them to match it and say they can’t and i should go online and pay the fees.

I would like a proper reply as to why this policy was cancelled.when my car was destroyed on 17 sept 2020.i phoned you that morning,and gave you all the details..you messed things up,asked for more money,which i refused to pay,as i was not involved in any of the things that happened to the car,ou should have spoken to local police about it but you did not.then you cancelled my policy and gave me back £31.00,yoy still owe me about £100.,as i did nothing wrong,and your law books,say you had no wright to do this to me.so now my new insurers,are asking is this claim open or closed.i said i dont know.but have reported you to various parties,to find out what you are doing.then if nothing is done,go back to the police to try and get my money back.so if you could send me a copy of your statement on why,you closed me down,i would be very happy.

In all the years I have been driving I have never had to make a claim. This company has made my first experience very stressful due to there lack of professionalism. This has been a long dragged out process. DO NOT USE THEM
