Why is there no one answering any calls or e-mails. I know there is a pandemic but there must be some way to Keep some sort of customer service going.

I have returned an item which I have not been credited for. Who will sort that out. I am sure Q & A on the website will not help!

There was a time when I could expect good quality merchandise from Debenhams. Not any more. I recently complained about the poor quality of a jacket I bought. Dealing with the assistant manager she did nothing to defuse the situation and acted more like she was part of a Taliban ambush. Little wonder they are in difficulty.

I have had an ongoing issue with gift cards and have an e-mail from a member of staff informing that the matter would be resolved within 24-48 hours. This was back in March of this year and to date this matter has not been sorted. I have recently sent 3 e-mails to Head Office, none of which have been responded to. Appalling customer service.

I am disgusted at the customer service customers are receiving. I placed a big towel order way back at the end of December after weeks of asking customer service where the order was, I eventually got told Hermes had lost it. So that day I reordered the same things.

This was dispatched on 28/1/21. I still haven’t received the 2nd order, I have emailed customer services but still no reply. I have tried ringing but they are using COVID as the excuse of not being able to have phone contact. Surely staff could work at home like other retailers. I know they are closing and I feel for all the staff. But come on Debenhams your customers are still being loyal to you have the same respect for the customers.

Surely if Hermes has lost another order, you need to consider changing your delivery company.

I have had my account tampered with . They have deleted the info of 2 sales . I have received one item but when I asked about the other they weren't bothered. They then wiped both items off my personal account so I couldnt prove I had bought a £113 perfume! I emailed again about the fraud on my account and the just kept saying the item will be looked into and go to FAQ.

They didnt even bother that someone had tampered with my account to hide the fact I had bought the item. I have now tried to ring head office London but they are not answering because of covid. I am now sending a load of printed out emails and copies of the orders BEFORE they were wiped to head office. Next call is to VISA and see what they think of the fraud cos they will be liable to so they will investigate.

This was such a brilliant shop, its very sad the customer services are letting the good name down.

Appalling customer service by this well known company, because they know their going out of business they have no concern with appropriate customer service.



I ordered some shoes for delivery and they arrived damaged, tried to contact them but no chance, no number to call just an email address, contacted them on 23 April and to date (12th June) I have had no reply, iv chased it 2 times already. Almost 7 weeks being ignored, what a disgrace of a company please beware this once decent well loved company are now a bunch of scamming cowboys

i bought bedding sheets on the 19th April, it is now 11th of May and i still have,nt received them, its disgusting how they treat you, they are quick to take your money but not to deliver
