The Ceo of barclays PA Sarah Tiarni (the one who had the affair with the addison lee driver scott exley on company money (check ya accounts you will see when she started the affair and misuse of company funds as Mr Exley told me 'what a cushy blag' it was to be 'paid and laid') bullying me online i am diagnosed autistic and i have screen shots of her part in the malicious communication. She attacked me whilst drunk and has been started and fuelling malicious and threatening behavior she has even mentioned the night she attacked me and her reasons on a public forum (i have screen shots) the online bullying reported to the police as i am a vulnerable person my Tik Tok account is @CockneyBen_

one of her names on TikTok is 'sazzy' @sarasmith7771 and the profile pic is her own pet black and brown miniature dashund.

My husband died May, 2012.
I’ve sent countless letters and copies of his death certificate.
There is no human contact information within their correspondence and never a response to my letters and the enclosed death certificates.
Just a continual barrage of notices.
AGAIN…SINCE 2012.

barclays have the worst customer services ever. Dealing with my late sisters affairs both when she was alive and now she has died has been a nightmare because of the total incompetence of barclays services and staff. Thank God when eventually her affairs will be sorted, I will never have to deal with barclays again. Had to put rating for this to be sent, that lowest rating is 100% too much.

After a ridiculous 2+ hours on hold on an international call, no service just dreadful headache inducing music. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy.

The board of directors should be replaced with people who pay attention to the total lack of "quality service" currently provided and improve it, which will not be hard, indeed anything would be an improvement on the current level of service.

I think it is time the opening hours of our local branch were extended. Even 40 years ago the bank was open longer. 10am-2pm isn't very acceptable. It isn't even open on Thursdays! As a long standing customer I think it is time you gave some thought to customer needs. Closing at 3.00 pm would be early enough.
