To Evans Halshaw. I'm writing this on your site. As I've recently Brought a Renult Captur of you with major brake defects which was picked up by your technician and I was not told about until the other day when I asked for your service report which was meant to be given to me before sale. I'm totally unhappy due to the lack of communication from a Dann Mann & leanne Hutchinson with just a email saying there is nothing they can do. Ive been asking for other details were the car was mot "d so I can show vosa regarding this matter .As this also seems to be weird that your car technician on the video clearly says the discs need to be sorted and when I had the car serviced noticed the same defect but no repot from the mot station . All I'm asking is for the discs to be fixed. if some one can let me no please because Leanne Hutchson is avoiding my call. Thank you & God Bless

This is the worst experience I have ever had buying a new car there is no after sales service its hopeless, phones always engaged (off the hook )

Edinburgh Vauxhall customer service is non existent neither is the head office customer service any good all the girl could say was she was very sorry for the service she assured me that i would receive a call from the manager today lol that never transpired I would avoid this place like the plague that's me buying a new car would hate to have any issues with a vehicle Im still in the 14 day period to return it so maybe I will return the car on Monday
they promise the earth and haven't even got the decency to return the calls that's from the dealership to the main head office

I bought an insigna from these parasites, i was told it was in perfect working order & it would come with a brand nrw no advisory m.o.t. but it came a day early with no m.o.t. & a load of problems, ive tried booking it in at my local evans halshaw but they cancelled the m.o.t. as the car was so brokken, also ive tried to book it in at there middlesborough branch but have been totally messed about,ive had the AA out to confirm the problems with a full diagnostic check but Thomas allen wont accept any responsibility, avoid them like the plague, once theve got your money they treat you like crap, Thomas allen even had the nerve to tell me i had to take time off work & take the car back to nottingham from stockton in yorkshire, there total filth

Avoid like the plague! Sold me a car with an MOT that had expired in July 2022 - I bought the car in February 2023. They have ignored my calls and emails, really unprofessional service, spend your money elsewhere.

1 Star is far to high a rating. Buyers beware. Bought a car in Oct 2022. agreed price including delivery. Then got a call, there was only 1 key. Still had the car, took 10 days for delivery. Only received a fob and no parcel shelf, car alarm continually goes off. Complained, key and parcel shelf sent a few weeks later. No contact re alarm. They arranged for local dealer to look at alarm issue and parcel shelf not retracting. Local dealer has had car twice, no work completed. Awaiting further contact, salesman cant get a response from local dealer either, note local dealer based in Stourbridge. Have complained but was fobbed off by Salesman's manager. Salesman has been very helpful, but obviously has no clout.

Sold my car to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall Edinburgh, more than a week ago, still not received payment from them.

Clear collusion between used car sales staff.
Poor customer service and they used covid as the reason why 3 sales staff gave me different information about a car I was looking to purchase.
I am waiting to be contacted by the general manager of the Walsall branch about the matter.

On 2nd of November my car with Evans Halshaw Old Trafford only for 10-15 minutes then I found they’ve thieves my 3 pairs of sunglasses but when I informed them they just offer me free MOT. Also when I spoke with head office means you you just accept their offer and didn’t do anything for your costumer. They just wants to brush their problem with free MOT but I didn’t accept and going for a court to solve this problem. In additional I’m Evans Halshaw Old Trafford costumer for more than 3 years but not very professional behaviour with their costumer while they have any problem.
