AVOID this company at all costs. Simple issue with printer that is under team know how insurance, have tried to contact them to arrange collection by citing store, engaging with online and phone customer services. Both appalling and show complete contempt for customer have written to CEO and nothing back. Poor customer services stemming from the top! Outrageous, now engaging with ombudsman. All because of a a simple issue with a printer!

i purchased a tv on the 27 may 2020 it became faulty 4 months later currys picked it up for repair and said it would take about a week , i received a number of text messages to say that they were working flat out to repair my tv , 4 weeks later i received a text to say that the tv was not repairable and would receive a refund within 72 hours , i waited a week with no refund , i phoned and was on hold for 1.5 hours , i was told my refund would be in my paypal account within 5 days and apologized for the delay , i waited another week still no refund , i phoned again and was on hold for over two hours , apologies were made again this time i was told that the previous person had not filled the form out correctly so he filled it out and submitted it assuring me that i would definitely have my refund in my paypal account within 5 days , i gave yet another week and still no refund , once again i phoned and once again on hold for 1 hour 40 mins , this time i spoke to emma who could only apologize she put me on hold for another ten mins wile she investigated what was happening , she finally told me that the claim was refused because the amount put through was 299.99 and should have been 299.00 , really a difference of 99 pence , i feel i have not been treated fairly the phone calls alone have cost 320 mins at 5p per min =16.00 , plus the unaceptable time without a tv and that's not to mention the the stress you have caused me , we have always shopped at currys for our electrical products , sadly this will come to an end as we have never been treated so poorly

I have never experienced such shambolic customer services as the treatment my elderly mother in law received from Team knowhow. it seems to be that from personal experience and that I have seen from reviews from others, it seems a means for the Dixons Carphone group to take money from venerable people and then not deliver any sort of supportive service - I will be taking this to the ombudsman.

Currys pc world have had a great scam going where people pay £5 per pre order for the xbox series x, they email you to pay your remaining balance, as well as all the rubbish they send day after day, so because of all the junk mail they send day after day, my email provider read the emails i was waiting for as spam mail, so i missed the opportunity to purchase the 2 xbox consoles i pre ordered, now i know why they say "no guarantee", the day i preordered i could have paid for both consoles in full, but there was not that option available. A scam and they get away with it!!

Wonder how much money that made the corporation as i'm sure i'm not the only one this has happened to.

I made the same comment on trust pilot and some patronising twat messaged me back saying sorry. Stick your sorry up your arse!

The only means of contacting customer service for IDMobile is Live Chat but this does not work. The website declares that it may not work for all web browsers and in my case I can confirm that Microsoft Edge appears to be one of them. So this effectively means that there is no way to get any customer service.

For an organisations such as Carphone Warehouse this is a very significant failing.

I have two technical problems. The first is that after 5 days the transfer of the phone number of my previous provider has not gone through. Today I have a second problem that the phone number assigned by Carphone Warehouse is not recognised.

I cannot give Carphone Warehouse anything other than the lowest rating.

This company have a very shady business practice, What they do may actually be against the law. We ordered a toasted sandwich machine off of the website. Item arrived today. The item sent to us must have been a customer return as the box had been resealed, item was covered in finger prints and everything had just been crammed back into the box. If I order and pay for a new item i do not want a second hand item this is in breach of trading standards laws and is classed as miss-selling. Be aware when you shop with this company, if the item is a return and you were not told refuse the item. And during the present lockdown I am yet again shielding I do not appreciated a company playing silly games that could endanger my life and put out NHS under even more stress. Currys you have lost a customer, I will also be informing my local trading standards dept, for this shady practice

This is the worst Customer service and Company in the UK. They have broken a contract to repair my Fridge freezer after numerous times contacting customer service and being passed from one person to another it’s hopeless to get a problem resolved I’ve even contacted the CEO of the company Sebastian James by email but he only accepts emails certain pre arranged emails not from the public how they are still in business I don’t know..

No words can describe their customer service, I returned a product on the 29th October 2020 and I still have not received my refund.



Iv tried getting this resolved countless phone calls, emails and letters and still nothing. Im forced to go through customer arbitration.
