I called a couple hotels as I had to make a last-minute reservation, but they were rude and useless. However, things improved once I chatted with Yvonne on the phone at the Mercure West hotel in Birmingham. This woman was amazing; she went above and beyond to assist in every way she could.
I felt obligated to write a review after my recent stay at the Telford Accor Hotel. I spent three nights there on business. My accommodation was immaculate, and the staff—especially the manager, Attila—provided outstanding customer service. When I needed anything, he went above and beyond to make sure I felt like a guest at the hotel rather than just another customer. Everything was done with a grin.
I had a great time getting to know everyone, and I hope to visit again soon.
