I've always used Wiggle and ChainReacton. Over the Christmas season, I noticed that they were selling off bikes, and even though Wiggle was having a lot of problems, the offer was too good to pass up. ordered on December 21st, with a January 10th delivery window projected. I was expecting it to arrive that week, but I had to wait a bit longer. In the end, it arrived a day ahead of the expected date when I ordered, according to the email I received stating it had been dispatched on January 2. Fantastic bike at a very affordable price. Again, thank you.
Tough times for Wiggle's staff members. On Sunday night, I paid with a debit card for a nice deal on a set of Prime Primavera disc wheels. I was a little worried when Wiggle failed to fulfil their promise to deliver Wiggle Plus the following day, but my worries were allayed when I received a quick email response from customer support. The following morning, the wheels arrived early, and they look fantastic.
