Dear sir/madam,I have not had a reply since 21/ 09 2023 and im emailing to the disgust of the asda shopping scooters, this is the final straw that’s broke the camels back. These shopping scooters are DISGRACEFULL AND NOT FIT FOR HUMANS LET ALONE DISABLED PEOPLE.... GOING ON 3-4 TIME VISITING THE ASDA store at middleton park Aberdeen, scooters are flat with no charge, people and an old lady sitting on it outside not getting off to let someone use it to do their shopping, key was broken so there WAS ONLY 1 WORKING but yet HAS been fixed. I am really struggling as the security guard (ben ) was told from MANAGER GRANT suggested for me to use a wheelchair with a basket on my lap ( WHAT A JOKE ) ... The very nice security guard BEN and GORDON ARE both very helpful well mannered and should NOT be Response Full for these problems, manager Grant was called and I understand he was in a meeting but to pass the BUCK and not sort the awful mobility shopping scooters then I WILL have to shop else where . this is now the 4/4.2024 and still no sign of mobility scooters, this is shocking beyond human rights let alone being disabled.... I WOULD LIKE TOP MANAGEMENT TO GO ROUND YOUR ASDA STORES BEING DISABLED TO TRY GET SHOPPING DONE AND USE YOUR SCOOTERS WITH A GOOD SHOPPING LIST, NOT BEING ABLE TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE SCOOTER TO REACH SHOPPING LIST, WAITING AND ASKING PEOPLE PASSING TO HELP AND GO TO THE FRIDGES AND TRY OPEN THE DOOR WITH A MOBILITY SCOOTER BLOCKING THE DOOR......PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE SORT THIS OUT FOR ME AND OTHER USERS . Many thanks lynne Johnston ..

Order should have been delivered between 1 and 2 yesterday. 2.30 no delivery no update so telephoned customer services on the 8th call as they kept cutting me off I spoke to someone who took my number and contacted the store. Turns out the van broke down and no one bothered to tell me. Order delivered at 4.30 no apology from the driver. Order contained a rotten brown cabbage obviously rotten! It contained a pack of fridge raiders with a USE BY date of 26.12.23 so I days out of date - this is illegal! Can’t use the chat bot to get a refund as my order is not showing as being delivered 26 hours later can’t fill in and send an email form as the date populate or doesn’t go beyond 2023 there is no 2024 option so the system isn’t recognising the order without th right date. This is my last resort to attempt to get Asda to sort this before I write to David Hill the Chief Customer Officer. I understand that things go wrong how you support customers and respond proactively when things go wrong is the most important role you have. Shocking! Will I be shopping with Asda again NO would I recommend them NO! Sort it out Asda it’s easier to get an audience with the pope than to contact you to sort this refund out!

Ordered a shopping delivery for today (friday 8 September ) for 11am to 12 pm
I had to change the time slot as I’m disabled and blind and had to wait for someone to be here to take the order with me. I changed the order time slot for A later time on awaiting the order I got an email saying my ordered had been delivered erm no it hadn’t. I rang the delivery manager to which he advised he would contact the driver and see where it is. At this point please bear in mind because of my situation I have built a rapour up and friendship with my drivers who all know me and my family and realise I need extra time to get to the door. I received a call back from the delivery store manager saying that he had spoke to the driver and the driver said he knows me and he knows this as I have a caravan on my drive way. Erm no I don’t have a caravan on my driveway at all and stating my address is clearly on the order sheet.. long story short the driver had delivered my shopping to another house on my street and rather than knock on there door and speak to someone the driver left the shopping on the step and drove off. And also baring in mind the neighbour whose step he left my shopping on is currently on holiday so he just left it there. So I rang delivery manager back explaining what the driver had done to his reply was I will repick the fresh and frozen and get the remaining items from the basket and send them across. Now I don’t know about anybody else but I don’t want items from an order that has been left on a door step for over an hour at this point. So I said no not acceptable I want the whole order repicked and fresh .at this point I was very uncertain I would get a fresh order so spoke to the store manager explained the situation and his reply was he will speak to the delivery manager and the driver and end his employment as that is not how we at Asda do things it’s unacceptable. I’m not a heartless person and would of suggested giving the driver more training and making sure he is confident enough on doing deliveries on his own. I say this as in the past I have had the deliveries sent to me by drivers accompanied by managers and other drivers to make sure there doing the job correctly and efficiently . Also you don’t know what that driver is going through in his life to make him make the mistake he did. Anyway we left this call on the agreement I would get a fresh order by 5 pm today. Also,I would be compensated for the trouble map that arose today. At 4-50 I rang Asda to get an update on the delivery to which I was told the driver had just left and a £25 e voucher would be added to my account as compensation. My reply is that it after everything you did I’m expected to receive an e voucher for £25. Delivery managers reply was that’s all I’m allowed to request. Ok at this point I’m thinking am I the only one that realises the severity of today and the risks your willing to do with the poor handling of health and safety for your customers. So I told the delivery manager let me make this clear I would be speaking to his boss not because of how he has spoken or handled the incident but because the compensation does not even come close to rectifying the mistakes made and if you can only request £25 then you are the wrong person to speak to. So back to the store manager lee and remember I have had few phone conversations today about the incident to which he was very friendly and very happy to listen and sort the issue out. This time I spoke to him he spoke to me like I was irrelevant and greedy. Sorry Asda if you think £25 e voucher to spend at your store is compensation to the issues raised today, the one point that is stuck in my head is the fact the delivery manager was willing to resend fresh and frozen food but anything else they will give me from the basket that had been left on my neighbours doorstep in sweltering heat for over an hour , 4 hrs to the time I got the delivery itself This action from a manager. No sorry Asda not acceptable

Posted a review last week still not showing my faith in Asda zero.

Yesterday afternoon I had a food delivery booked for 4pm - 6pm. Online it said that my delivery would be with me by 4.44pm, as always, I ensured I was home and waited. 6pm came and still no delivery, when I phoned customer services, they said my delivery was on the way and would be with me by 7.27pm. This time arrived and still no order. I had to phone my parents to call customer service as my young children were trying to fall asleep. Danny Phillips spoke with my father and said that the van had broken down and my food was being repacked at Castlepoint Bournemouth but would be with me by 9pm. This is a very different story to what I had been told earlier this evening. I had nappies and wipes within my order that were vital for this evening. My order did not arrive at all, leaving me without essentials for my children and a dinner for myself. This was extremely inconvenient; I book slots that do not impact my children's bedtimes but last night my order hugely impacted my evening. The lady I spoke to said that my account would be credited £5, this does not seem nearly acceptable. I paid for a service that was not met, I regularly use Asda as you can see on my order history. You must not value your customers if this is what is offered. I spend a great deal of money with you as I feel that you are the best however, I feel that I may need to begin to shop somewhere else. I think that the customer service that is currently being provided needs to be reviewed immediately. This morning I again, have had to call customer services to get an update and the best they can tell me is it may be delivered today... not acceptable I have then had to phone the store directly to be told possibly delivered between 11am and 3pm.

Thank you for reading, I look forward to hearing back from you.

Terrible service, ordered my shopping for delivery sat 3-4pm it didn't show up, called customer service and was told it would be with me by 6pm, still it didn't show up, called back! This time I'm told that they can't tell me anything, they don't know where or why it hasnt arrived and that I should watch out for an email! They have £130.00 of my money and that it, that's all they can say. I then notice that at 9.30ish the status of my delivery changed to delivered! It was not delivered! Call back again in the morning but still no answers, no money back just a £5 credit, where's my shopping! Where's my refund. Mid afternoon I get an email, heading "misdelivered" asking me questions. I reply and at the point of writing this I still have heard nothing. I'm appalled to say the least!

I have just been to click and collect to pick up my 10 x6 packs of chappie dog food. Firstly, I never received an email or message to say that they only had 4 x6 not 10 as ordered, secondly, no message to say my order was even ready I had to phone to tell them I was there. Very disappointed and won't be using click and collect again.
