I am absolutely disgusted with boots. I ordered 4 fragrances , only 3 arrived and they have told me the decision is final all order received. I contacted Royal Mail with the parcel number and the weight doesn’t even match, I have been scammed £42 by boots or one of their employees , do not order from boots check trust pilot as not just myself on there, definitely needs looking into now as illegal activities going on.
I tried to purchase this item and got an immediate email saying this is not available "you have not been charged" Only to find the cost taken off my credit card. When I phoned to query I got a snotty response from "Daniel - we don't give surnames" saying it was the bank and i would get my money back in a "certain number of days" What appalling customer service from BOOTS!
