I'm not sure why there are so many grievances regarding the BPME app. The majority of the time, when I receive an offer, I load it onto my card or activate it. I hold my phone up to the barcode and wait for the till to beep—that is, until the card is scanned and the points appear instantly. It's usually a no-brainer for me to use the pump at BP instead of a supermarket because I can always get on one there and there's only a 1–2% difference.
I recently had to review Spar BP in Polbeth. I frequently visit the Spar BP petrol station in Polbeth, but on Mondays, I have to say that it's the best location to go for excellent customer service! Nothing is too much bother for Edna and Lorraine, who together create the most fantastic environment! It is a great blessing for this garage to have such excellent personnel!
