Carluccios in Bury St Edmunds: We enjoyed a delicious lunch today, including fantastic carbonara, crab pasta, lamb shank, and freshly baked, warm focaccia. Everything we asked for was fulfilled, and the waiting staff was very friendly. The service was excellent. While I am aware that some individuals have had negative experiences elsewhere, Carluccios is where we always start our trips to Bury when we get a great cup of coffee. It is a pleasant location to eat, and nothing ever seems to be too much difficulty.
I went to Carluccios in Solihull for dinner with my kid and a friend. We were made to feel like members of the Carluccios household. After seeing how the employees handled the patrons, I felt compelled to write a review. We really appreciate Dan, the server, who went above and beyond in his attentiveness. Tommy, the cook, prepared the pizzas to absolute perfection. Raluca has a natural ability to be hospitable, always making others feel at home. That is precisely the reason we will return time and time again to enjoy the delicious meals and cosy family atmosphere. You are the best group of people.
