Clarks Corporate Office Headquarters

Since my child's first pair of cruisers, I have always purchased her shoes from Clarks. They have consistently been of excellent quality. I recently bought a pair that turned out to be defective, and Linda B from customer support answered my question quickly and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Very much appreciated, and I'm excited to get my child a lot more shoes in the future.

I went to the Gloucester Quays store on February 14 at 12 p.m., and the person who worked there was really kind and accommodating. There aren't many types in the store that fit my daughter's size 8, so he went out back and pulled out three different models of brogues, explaining that some of them were really thin. Shoes were purchased and returned for a time (phew). We are sorry we don't have the receipt to give him credit for his helpfulness and friendliness. We appreciate you making our lives easier!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes on the internet from USClarks more than 30 days ago. They were never delivered although tracking said they were delivered. Also, website said delivery upto 10 days. Also had to make 2 orders as system was not functioning to take the 2 pairs on one order. Unable to obtain any satisfactory response from Clarks UK nor Clarks USA. Myself and family are long time users of Clarks shoes. Not anymore unless get satisfactory resolution Irder numbers are USClarks 5913 and USClarks 5936

I give a zeo. I bought some shoes. wore them out of the house and they hurt me feet. They gave me a blister and rubbed my toe badly. They would not take them back at the store bec, they said they can't resell them. I said they should not sell shoes that make people bleed and i wanted my money back or i would not ever buy clarks again. he didn't care and sent me on my way. fuck you clarks
