I'm having issues with the packages not reaching the stores I'm sending them to; they've been stating they're on route for about three weeks. I have two packages that I'm waiting to be sent, and I'm getting charged a lot for the ones I'm returning due to illness.
However, I called Collect+, and they resolved this issue immediately, earning me another five stars. This is quite stressful, so hopefully it won't happen again.
But I appreciate you fixing it.
I dropped off a package at Premier Shop on Broadway, Andover. Everything went smoothly; I received a receipt for acceptance, and I'm happy to report that my Yodel package reached London safely a few days later. I was happy to use Collect+ again because the guy who served me was really friendly and held the door for me while I was carrying a lot of shopping bags.
