Since I've been a customer of Mint Velvet for a while, I've been pleased with both the in-store and online service. I had to get in touch with their customer support centre lately because I hadn't heard anything about getting my refund for a return that I had placed. Unlike other shops I might name, they handled my question and made sure the refund was executed as quickly as possible. There were no delays, no waiting till they had fixed the problem on their end, and my refund was handled in less than a day. We appreciate Jodie's kindness, assistance, and complete professionalism. It is a truly enjoyable company to work with, which is a welcome difference in today's world.
After being returned, a pair of trousers I had a problem with appeared to have been delayed in transit. When I called customer support to find out what could be done, Lillie was incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist and kept in touch regarding the order. Thankfully, Lillie checked in again to let me know that the trousers had been returned. Excellent customer service.
