I was shocked to see so many negative reviews. We finally decided on Grahams after a protracted search via several bathroom suppliers because our previous bathroom suite was purchased there and has provided excellent service for years and years. Leanne was a great help in organising and selecting our new room because of her extensive knowledge. We're pleased with the selection, value, and cost. I'm hoping everything is in working order because delivery is scheduled for the next few weeks. If not, I'll be revising this review.
Over three years ago, I placed an order with Grahams (Bournemouth/PPoole) for a complete en-suite refurbishment. Recently, there was an issue with the shower head. Graham's Kevin Skinner resolved the issue right away, to my total delight. Even though the product's warranty had expired, there was no cost. I have to admit, Kevin provided some of the best customer service I have ever encountered in the construction accessory industry. Without a doubt, I would suggest them!
