I was a little worried about how long we would have to wait because I was unable to schedule an appointment at the Sheffield office; they only provide a "drop-in" service. However, everything went smoothly; we were admitted quite fast, and at least three or four staff members were actively taking in customers. Antony Leone was brilliant, extremely professional, really helpful, and informative; he told us everything he was doing and why, answered all our questions, and made opening our ISAs really quick and easy.
We received a very wonderful coffee as we waited for our appointment, and the walk-in and wait service is excellent. After a little wait, we were greeted by Antony Leone, a customer service specialist. He gave information that was simple to understand and was courteous and professional throughout our conversation. It took little time at all to open a new account. In addition, printed current account statements and a planning guide were provided. We are really appreciative of the exceptional customer service that was given.
