I am warning everybody about this money grabbing useless crap company.... Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!! They took my money & dunped my new kitchen in boxes in my living room for nearly 3 months as they couldn't allocate me a kitchen fitter. Took over 1 & half hours to get threw to be told the same old thing there doing there best. Finally the kitchen was fitted but then I discovered there is a design fault which they are not taking responsibility for, they want me to part with more money to amend there design teams mistakes. DISGUSTING customer service. I just can't deal with it any longer. My Solicitor is now on the case. If you want to stay sain please don't use this company

This people sell the appliances that not even in the stock and you can wait for it forever (Example of Kitchen Aid Stacked oven -KOCE900HSS)

YOU NEED TO FOLLOW UP EVERTHING AND YOU BASICALLY BECOME GENERAL CONTRACTOR at the PROJECT THAT YOU PAY LOTS of MONEY FOR.

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. My Order Number is #10045245. I ordered my cabinets, countertop, and appliances from the Newington store. My order is about 40K worth of a project. They were so nice while selling the product but when it came to up to installation their Installer didn't shown up. They should been have in my house by Monday (03/28/22) . NOT EVEN A SINGLE CALL. I am trying to talk to management in WREN KITCHEN BUT THEY ARE not EVEN ATTEMPTING TO CALL ME. I called them 2 times and nobody knows where is installer

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. After another 2 calls, still, no manager and they are saying that they might be able to get someone at my house a week later. I took an entire week's worth of vacation days for this project. A week worth of vacation is quite bit money and waste of time. I am not even mentioning that my living room is my kitchen at the moment. I told them that I have to vacation for spring break next week with my kids and they are saying that if I can leave the house key to the contractor. WHO WOULD LEAVE THEIR KEYS TO SOME CONTACTOR or SOME STRANGER? WHAT KIND OF PROFESSIONALISM. If this is not compensated, I will make sure that I will go after them. They are making contracts and thus can't be a one-way road. They violated the contract for the finish date. I will keep update this feedback everyday.

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. I just called comapny again and talked to This lady name who is name "Dana" the customer representative. She said that they been trying to reach to installer and I told her that how you can't reach your own intaller for last 3 days and her response was Can she help for anything else. I told her that I am looking for compansation for week of delay and she mentioned that it can't be even a case. This is customer servive I am getting from this people and STILL NO UPDATE for installation date. I will keep update this feedback everyday.

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. I called the customer service again. still no update and no ownership of the issue. They are acting like business usual. This is 4th day and still no call from manager. All same excuses, Manager in meeting, manager in call and...........They will need to compansate the all this issue otherwise we will go legal on them. INSTALLER CALLED ME and TOLD ME THAT WREN NEVER LET THEM KNOW THAT MY KITCHEN IS READY TO INSTALL. WREN IS BLAMING TO INSTALLER. IT IS TOTAL MESS.......

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. Installer (one adult and one teemager) showed up at my house at 10 AM. They started to open boxes ana they placed everysingle items in the concrete and I told them that it will be damaged if you dont put cartbaords under them. They damaged number of items on the edges and they claimed that it came that way. They installed only 5 cabinets and they let at 3:45 PM to be excact. I told them it is too early and they said that they are tired. WHO CAME TO WORK AT 10 AM and LEAVE AT 3:45 PM?

EVERTHING I SAY IS A FACT UP TO THIS POINT. Installer came at 10 AM again. he came in and I said that it 10 AM. His repsonse was that why I am mad and he said that he wont do my jon and he left. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE OR INSTALLER THEY WORK WITH?

Wrongly Designed

so many problems with wren kitchens and the installers. they gave me a lot of old flannel just to get rid of me , i was close to a nervous breakdown, i care for my husband who is bedbound due to last stages of parkinsons disease and he feared he would never see a photo of our new kiitchen.icant list the number of problemsas there are so many .Today at last after me begging for help at the head office the installations manager came out and found even more problems,but assured me it would get sorted, imust admit i trust himand i am sure he will do everything to rectify things.i was told many lies by staff and will never trust cooperate firms again. Worst customer service ever, customer service number never gets answered. No replies to emails either from customer service besides an automated reply on receiving yoour email. Really bad customer service and after care.
