RBS are scum. Lent money to OAPS for a new build home. RBS released funds at each successful stsge of the building . When completed RBS repossesed the new build. The dates on the repossession paperwork match their releasing funds for the inspection stages . Lending money whilst quietly preparing repossession papers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Well had this card for a fair few years now ,and the past year i cannot believe how stressful it it is, just trying to make a payment outside of their app . Not helpful, rude ,blunt and being past around for over a hr x5 + . Would not recommend..
