We frequently utilise Deliveroo. We have only encountered issues once or twice, but other than that, they are excellent. Our town has a large number of eateries and supermarkets. Drivers are consistently prompt and reliable. very friendly and highly recommended.
Su Jan deserves a raise; she is very remarkable. Pizza Hut cancelled two orders, while the third order was delayed for an hour. It initially stated that the rider was going to the restaurant, but it later changed back to finding a rider. I contacted Deliveroo about it, and they provided me with a £10 credit in addition to cancelling and totally refunding my purchase.
