One of my bills had a direct debit set up on my account, but for some reason the money has been going into the account of the service provider. It wasn't until I got a charge for six months that I found out. I had a web chat with Halifax, and in five minutes, my money was returned. The service has left me quite impressed.

He opened an account for me right away, and he was really courteous and friendly.I went to see him in person today and thanked him for the excellent customer service. I had also given the branch manager my comments, and she was quite honest with me. Having an account with Halifax makes me happy. I would advise my network to open an account with the Hounslow Branch in Halifax.
