On February 5th, I happened to stop by Nat West in Dorchester when I was walking by. My immediate needs were met; a pleasant and helpful woman handled a problem that had been unresolved for more than two months. I mentioned that I was in Dorset for a sizable birthday celebration, so you can imagine my surprise and happiness when I received a gorgeous bouquet of flowers today. replenishes my belief in kindness. To Nat West Dorchester, I am really grateful.
I reported a problem with a mobile app to NatWest, and in typical NatWest fashion, they responded and are currently resolving the issue. Thank you very much, Natwest.
