I am aware that EE offers what is likely the best signal coverage in the United Kingdom. After switching my phone number from Three to EE, I had no problems with my service. Additionally, each complaint or issue from a client is handled quickly and professionally. A reasonable monthly payment plan reduction is available to BT customers. I believe that the BT Group offers excellent customer service and care.
EE is by far the greatest mobile operator by a long shot. Recently, I've had financial difficulties and have gone longer than a month without paying my bill, but they've always kept my line active, which is great customer service. I have been with them for a lot of years and will be content to remain with them in the near future.
