Staff members are friendly and supportive. While assisting my daughter in selecting a ring for her sixteenth birthday, Vicki and Sarah provided excellent service and humour. The staff was really patient with us and gave us excellent information on how to take care of the ring once it was purchased. She had various options, and they ordered them in and will get in touch with me when the rings arrive. Great service.
At the Ernest Jones Metro Centre in Gateshead, we had an excellent experience. Mostly with Matt, who went above and beyond to make sure my engagement ring was ideal and to assist us with a resize. Strongly advised. I hope Matt and his supervisor hear about the remarks, since he truly gave us the impression that we had a great customer experience.
