We recently had the most amazing Eurostar experience. Everyone has been so amazing. In particular, St. Pancreas Customer Service employees Jose, Pape, Amour, and Stephane. Constantly receiving the best care and attention possible from the professionals in coach 16. We are grateful to Eurostar for providing us with an enchanting start to our vacation in Paris.
I take the Eurostar to and from Paris frequently for work, and I always have a positive experience with the St. Pancras workers. My companion and I were sitting apart today due to a change in the train's seating arrangement. On the other hand, Akim at the waiting area was incredibly polite, helpful, and amusing when it came to moving our chairs so that we could sit together. I hope that more individuals at Eurostar are like Akim!
