FedEx delivered three sizable packages to me related to an order I placed a while back. FedEx issued me a tracking email as soon as the company informed me that my package had been dispatched. They kept me updated and delivered all three packages within the indicated window of time and on the specified day. The delivery man gave each parcel to me with grace. I was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews on this site because I had no control over the courier that was employed, but I was really happy with the service.
ordered delivery in two stages; the last one stated that everything had been supplied but that one outstanding service was missing. I received a call from FedEx early the following morning, and when I got home from work, the parcel was there. I also received a follow-up call from them later that evening. I can't complain about their service; customer team mistakes do happen occasionally, but it's wonderful to deal with a company that genuinely cares like this one. Thank you.
