I have had to give this one star but only so that this review will send. No stars is what I would like to give plus a huge red flag!
I have a similar experience to those already stated Gill and Kevin. Since ordering a game for a relative at Christmas I have repeatedly sent emails re the non receipt of the order. I am now writing to head office to see if they can resolve the issue, that's if they care! What a waste of time their help desk is- just pushed from pillar to post giving the same information - procrastination in the extreme.
Ordered from Game on 23rd November 2022 and paid £4.99 for delivery.
Still not received my item and now they’re ignoring my emails asking where it is.
My advice would be to never buy from them.
Bought two item 12 days ago paid £7.99 next day delivery still waiting phone seven times sent twenty emails no one gets back to you still not receive what I bought reported this to credit card to get my money back GAME PEOPLE SHOULD RUN A MILE
