Even one star is too much. The courier service lost my game and I have spent hours trying to contact them with to sort another game to be sent. It is so close to Christmas I won't be surprised if it never arrives. I cant even get through to their head office. Apparently they are closed despite calling during their business hours. You simply cant talk to somebody to sort this mess out. Their email and the on line chat is so unhelpful and nothing has been resolved. Never use this company again.
I have had to give this one star but only so that this review will send. No stars is what I would like to give plus a huge red flag!
I have a similar experience to those already stated Gill and Kevin. Since ordering a game for a relative at Christmas I have repeatedly sent emails re the non receipt of the order. I am now writing to head office to see if they can resolve the issue, that's if they care! What a waste of time their help desk is- just pushed from pillar to post giving the same information - procrastination in the extreme.
Ordered from Game on 23rd November 2022 and paid £4.99 for delivery.
Still not received my item and now they’re ignoring my emails asking where it is.
My advice would be to never buy from them.
