Starbucks

Starbucks is a great place for a coffee, especially the Caramel Mac....... which myself and friends have decided is the number one coffee in the world.

We also love the new toffee apple muffins to ge with this drink.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of management at Oswestry starbucks!!!!!! My daughter has a physical disability! And was having issues one day and couldnt go into work! Physically couldnt get there! And was told " she was screwing them over " no risk assignments where done ! Instead she was left in tears ! Went in to speak to the so called management!! And all i got was attitude and disgusting behaviour! As they where busy and it wasnt a priority! Diversity and equality is something they need to learn!! Absolutely disgraceful!

I am just at the clapham common starbucks and not sure why my access to wifi is not worming but i can see others using the internet, i do frequent other starbucks this is the first time i am experiencing this, dont want to put it down to being black but it was just me and another black guys not working asked the waiter she said she is not aware of any issues really strange.

Went for a coffee in my local Starbucks in Hornchurch. The coffee mugs were dirty with lipstick marks round them and the Table was very sticky from the last person that used it. I left my drink unhappy and phoned the shop manager. She was very aggressive and didn't want to apologise. Just said that if I want a refund I would have to go back into Town. I said that I was unhappy and will contact the head office. The manager said do that and put the phone down. I emailed H.O. and they said that they'll send me a voucher, but it takes 2 to 3 weeks. Its crazy. I have emailed them many time. But still no response. What poor service.

Starbucks at Beaconsfield Services is filthy. Pity I can't attach photos. The so called manager just shrugged and said 'I'm just paid to serve coffee.' Avoid at all costs.

As a Hgv driver, I get tired. Nothing like a coffee to wake you up. Which is where Starbucks disappoints. M6 north at Keele Services. They won't sell someone on foot a coffee in the drive through lane. No. You have to walk even further into the main services to buy special foot traffic coffee. So I walked a bit further into the main services.... but I didn’t buy a coffee. I figured if you aint gonna help me - then MY money is better spent elsewhere. Nice can of Monster Energy - cheaper than coffee too

Very disappointed with my fudge brownie this morning, 1st one ever, and it looked nothing like the pictures up on the wall behind the counter, it could have been anything 🙁🙁
