After many years of being extremely happy with Slough post women/men in the last year I have had to complain that letters are left hanging out of my post box for anyone to take. I understand you are using agency staff, is that the problem?

So hard to speak to a human voice, they have really hid behind the automated system. Very frustrating

I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about the following persons seen at the post offices in the Harrow Borough. 1, The Harrow-on-the-hill Branch(inside the Whsmith Store, St. Anns Mall, between 1-31 March 2022, this person is a male, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a winter jacket, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 30-40 years, customer seen talking onto a mobile phone, in the queue area. A group of young persons were seen in the queue area. One of them, walked towards the counter section. Between 1-31 January 2022, this person is a male, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a winter jacket, casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 20-30 years, seen in the queue area, looking quiet. These persons are trouble makers. Between 2009-2014, The Post Office Branch, College Road, Harrow-on-the-Hill, this person is a male, asian origin, medium quite slim built, wore a turban/specs, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 40-50 years, counter assistant/other. This person tried to manipulate a female customer on one or more visits to the office. 3, The Wealdstone Post Office, Headstone Lane, Wealdstone, this person is a male, asian origin, medium quite slim built, medium length hair, wore a uniform/clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 40-50 years, counter assistant/other. He tricked a customer about something on one occasion. Please could you check into these persons and their associates immediately. customer

I am writing to inform the manager of the post office services in London, about an employee seen at The Kenton Post Office, in Kenton, London. In June/July 2018, at the sweets/oyster top-up service, a customer, paid for an oyster top-up, for £2.20p. A five pound note was given to the counter assistant/other, to receive £2.80p. The counter assistant, asked the customer, if, she, had received the correct change, and, she said 'yes'. She returned home, in a hurry, and, from there, she noticed, an incorrect change was given. The post office was closed. A clerk was spoken to about this. He said, she should have checked the receipt, in which, she did, and, told the counter assistant, about the change at the same time. He asked for a prove of the receipt. The customer had, probably, deposited the receipt into a bin. The assistant is described as asian origin, medium quite slim built, short/medium length grey-haired, wore specs, wore a suitable/casual clothing and shoes, possibly aged between 70-80 years, counter assistant/other. Please could you check into this person immediately. customer

Dreadful organisation. Their "customer service" number has 5 options: 2 to 5 force one to the internet and then terminate the call. Option1 relates to pensions. So if you want to speak to anyone at the post office about anything other than pensions, forget it. Zero customer service.
