How many times does one have to be lied to by Parcel force customer service before they actual become ashamed before they tell a customer any more lies
4 days at home waiting for CA790446190DE ...I have instructed suppliers never to use them again... Customer service system useless management worse than ....they do not care .........
Now Friday 02/06 18,50 another 3 days for next delivery IF I am lucky ..
I will instruct German supplier to have part 1 already delivered ...uplifted and part 2 returned from ParcelForce glasgow ...Wasted last 8 days tracking ParcelForce ...Is there actually any management ......

Member of staff absolutely disgusting have been assaulted physically and verbally by this and now I’m paying for parcels and delivery and not receiving any at my home address when I am disabled. Member of staff still working for this company even after saying she would not deliver any of my parcels ever for me. This is now becoming true.
