If i could give minus i would,they really are a shite company ,speaking to anybody is a conplete waste of time,3 days running my parcel has been out for delivery amd still no sign.If you get chance to ise anither courier please do

This is the worst (courier) company that I know. It is impossible to speak to a human being. No customer services. The status of my item has not been updated for 2 weeks and I can't get to speak to anyone. Do not use.

Really frustrating trying to get a parcel collected keep getting updates via email with collection times no one turns up wasting 3 days waiting for collections, no telephone number or email to contact, live chat is rubbish.

I don't understand this company..almost impossible to call anyone and they make it super difficult to find any contact number. My parcel (an expensive £350 painting) is missing and there is NO ONE I can find to help or advise.

Have lost my order, and are now telling me that they delivered , my order and they have not. I have been unable to get any refund because of this. Proof of delivery was just a map of my road.

THIS COMPANY IS ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE COME ACROSS MY PARCEL HAS BEEN PASSED FROM ONE COURIER TO ANOTHER WITH THIS STUPID ANOYING AUTOMATED VOICE THEY HAVE BLOCKING YOU FROM SPEAKING TO A LIVE PERSON AND WHEN YOU DO GET THROUGH THEY HANG THE PHONE UP ON YOU ITS BEEN ALMOST TWO WEEKS SINCE I WAS PROMISED I WOULD RECIEVE MY GOODS IN TWO DAYS AND THEY HAVE MY MONEY PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY IM NOW IN THE PROCESS OF TRYING TO CANCEL THE ORDER GET MY MONEY BACK AND SEEK COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OF WORK

This company ignore all my communications in relation to a problem. Their own email address hermessupport@myhermes.co.uk just siimply return all emails automatically. This means there is no support. As fo their on line Holly, this appears to be yet another hide and delay tactic. Avoid this company like the plague.

Never buy items that are to be delivered by Hermes. They notify you of a deluvery time but then contact you to say they have tried to deliver the item but no-obe was 8n and there 2as no safe place to leave it. That is a blatant lie. I have been in all evening look8ng out my window and the Hermes driver has never come. This is not a 9ne off, but happens every s8ngle delivery. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Orderd a parcel email left to say it had been delivered with a picture to say were he had left it unfortunately it wasn't our garden. Unable to contact anyone at Hermes. Disgusting service. We are now looking to take it further.
