It was with dismay I was told by customer service that you have "suspended" your recycling service. Poor Jasmine could not tell me when it is to be reinstated and I can't pursue the matter with Ikea's head office as the only customer service number displayed anywhere is the catch all IKEA customer service number. Still, I'm sure there are other furniture companies who are not so short sighted and have recycling services at their disposal. IKEA have given the world a planet's worth of chipboard, as a responsible company you should be encouraging your customers to behave responsibly. Black mark, IKEA, very black mark indeed.

My order number 1265119068 on 22/2/22 time 16:35 for 1Kallax 6Ftx6FT 5 baskets I also paid an extra £60 pounds extra for arranging someone to put it together with the person who took my the order did not tell me I had to arrange this myself. I have my order today but Task Rabbit when I contacted them this morning does not cover my area so I need you to send my £60 that I was charged back into my bank you have my details, and I will have to find someone to put it together as I am 86 years old so unable to do this myself.
