Wantage Home Bargains store.

I have to see the is one of the cleanest stores around. One does not feel scared to walk in and have a browse. Staff have not let us down throughout this pandemic all worked really hard to get the provisions on the shelves for us. Sometimes the same people one sees looking extremely tired but they are still turning up for work with big smiles in their faces. Nothing is too much for them. Whilst lots of stores didn’t have certain items this store always had them on the shelf. It was the staff hard work and dedication that made this possible, so we the customers didn’t go without.

Yesterday, I was helped by lovely Caitlin. Well done Wantage Homebase staff and Management. Hope this is a little morale booster and pls keep it up, you are all very much appreciated. All of you as I have not come across a member of staff that have not been working hard or unhelpful. Please keep safe, and well we need you all more than ever!

Staff are not wearing masks and neither are a large number of customers. Best avoid this store.

I have just been in home bargains, crystal peaks, Sheffield. I am/ was a regular customer. I was appalled that not one staff member was wearing a face mask while moving around the store. When I confronted a member of staff, I was told it was because of anxiety & company policy. So all had anxiety issues, does this stop the person from passing COVID onto other staff & customers. Is it your policy to test every member of staff each day to make sure they don’t have COVID. I spent 13 years working down the mines with a face mask, it’s not nice, but it was life saving. Second peak is predicted, & I’m not surprised with the attitude of some shops & even some customers. Won’t be coming in your stores in future.

I am disgusted at the home bargins Wolverhampton Stafford road cause my son is wanting a job there and because his brother works there his manager has said he carnt have no family members working there yet his manager's sister is working there in the same store witch i think is wrong it should apply to all so i wish home bargains to get back to me and explain y my other son carnt work there but its ok for the managers sister to work there thank u

Appalled that your New Brighton store does nothing to ensure wearing of face masks is mandatory except for those with medical exception.

Not only did I witness three groups of teenagers running about the store all without masks or face coverings, no member of staff approached them either. when asked what the policy is I was informed not our responsibility to police the wearing of face masks. SHAME ON YOU HOME BARGAINS. NO SENSE OF MORAL AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY, given the continuing rise of positive covid-19 infections in Wirral and Merseyside. For your own safety and the safety of your families I would boycott this store until this negligence is addressed.

Stanningley Road Leeds, home bargains. Appauling 4 members of staff no face masks. 2 male members of staff talking and there was spit spraying from their mouths.

Was in home bargains in Elgin today getting served at checkout, a guy called Lawrence at checkout behind was apparently needing out of his checkout, the girl serving me said could you let Lawrence out please, I said he could have said excuse me manners cost nothing
