My 96 year old mother has been having horrendous problems trying to get her prescription at Lloyds Chemist in Thatcham, Berkshire. She has had to stand outside the shop for over half an hour just to speak to an assistant to get her prescription. It's not just her but everyone's in the same situation. You need to sort out your shops to make sure they are staffed properly with competent staff. My mother had to make two trips to get a prescription which had been ordered in more than the adequate timeframe. She struggles getting about and this is not acceptable.

The scale of consistent mis-management is staggering between the pharmacy and its namesake GP services. I have experienced unacceptable levels of incidents contributing to patient harm including given (not dispensed) the wrong medication on two occasions.

Thus far I have been in receipt of a catalogue of excuses and it is clear there is widespread, systemic negligence in operational processes.

Message to CEO: Please wake up and address Torridon Road, which is not fit for practice.

Message to Regulators: Do your Job!!!

Having complained on two separate occasions to Lloyds head office, to no avail, about our local pharmacy in Nuneaton, then it is dirty, majority of staff need training on Customer service, telephone never answered, prescriptions never ready on time and items missing. It it a total shambles and as of today, my family and I have moved to another independent pharmacy. Vote with the feet then when profits are down something will be done!

Today I called the customer service team and was assisted by a very helpful Rena, I think that was her name.

She was so helpful and lovely to speak with.

I ordered medicine 8 days ago & IT STILL HASNT BEEN DELIVERED to Michael Thomas 12-11-48.. 38 Hornchurch Road, Southampton SO16 8PA & your tel no 02080688067 Rings for ages & no answer or when it does it says oress 1 if you are a patient...but says it doesnt recognise it...& your email doesnt qallow you to send a message as its a No-reply address & NO GOOD & U.S.07779031060..& I cant trace the delivery..SO TOTAL MESS & H.O. Dont Reply.!!

I am writing to inform the manager of this service, about an employee named Ranjan, seen at The Lloyds Pharmacy, 5 Warwick Parade, Belmont Circle, London, on Thursday 28 April 2022, between 12.00-1.00pm. I, assume, she told a lie/other, by quickly gossiping to a customer about a customer seen at the counter section. Please could you check into this person and for any missing money/other, from customers taken by the employees instore, between the years 2010-2021, immediately. customer

Our local Lloyd's, is simply no fit for purpose. They rarely fulfill my prescription.
Today they lost the prescription. This branch is not fit to hold a license.

Went to lloyds today for booked flue jabs, to be told they didnt have a pharmacist free so we'd have re-book for the end of november. When i asked why they hadnt let us know they said they had rung us. NO they hadnt. Disgraceful liers.

Just wanted to say about the great and caring service from Ruby the pharmacist at Lloyd’s in Lancaster Rd Enfield Middx. So sad this pharmacy is closing.

I want to make a complaint regarding the incompetence and casual manner of the staff, particularly the sales assistant or front of house staff at Lloyds St Peters branch, Worcester.

I am 71 years old and rely on my repeat prescriptions treating me for high blood pressure and clinical depression.

Since LOCKDOWN....I cannot order these at my doctor's practice but do it through your chemist.

On every occasion I have been told it will take one week to arrive.

On each occasion (4 so far) I have gone back after a week to collect my medication to be told it isn't there and they have no record of it being ordered and that it must be the fault of the doctor's practice.

Each time I have contacted my doctor and told that no order came from your chemist.

The doctor's prescription receptionist has very kindly sent an emergency prescription to Lloyd's on that same day even though they are not allowed to do that over the phone.

Each time your "couldn't care less" staff have told me to come back later as it's not ready.

Today was the last straw when your sales person just shrugged and said "It's not been ordered, ok...".

I have now arranged to use another chemist in Worcester entailing a 20 minute drive.

I will never use Lloyd's again and will urge all my family and friends to do likewise.
