This company is a absolute disgrace
I have a Business Money Manager Account and Cheque Account for a Trust which has been held with you for 30 years. It has taken over 5 months, three duplicate sets of mandates signed by trustees plus a Trustee Resolution authorising telephone banking and online banking and yet this has still not been concluded. This morning I had a telephone appointment booked for 10.00 a.m. (Your ref NCP16FDD) but after an hour of waiting, no call received. I the letter sent to me for this appointment received16.02.2022, my telephone number was incorrect. I spoke to Hamza on 24.2.2022 to correct this. Disgraceful service.
