The branch in Kingswinford have stopped adding the herbs and spices to the fried chicken it has no taste, they must be keeping the herbs and spices for themselves.

I will not be getting it from there again.

I recently ordered my items and had a terrible experience. I order 12 piece fillets, and recieved 9, only 2 lots of chips received and 4 instead of 3 gravy . I had to wait outside for ages. Then the girl went to every car in the waiting area before confirming it was my order, after she came back to me 3 times. Terrible service and i paid for items i didnt receive.

Hemel Hempstead kFC is awful. The manager locks the door and makes guests wait outside breaching fire safety for all the customers inside and staff. He walked away from the door leaving it locked god for it if there was a fire. Also allowing delivery drivers inside pushing and shoving customers

gravy like water ! fries awful ,bring back old ones.

I have just received my order, from kfc devonshire rd, blackpool. which was a treat for my grandchildren x3, I ordered 6 pc bargain bucket 2pc of chicken each, when the order came it only had 5 pcs in ... not quite sure how to divide pieces of chicken evenly, one of the children became really upset, I then called the store x11 times the phone rang out then went off each time ... I feel this is not a very good customer service and felt I had to voice my disappointment in the order received, the bill was 26.75.



Please restore my thoughts on what normally is a good service.

Had a few from Penrith with a number being poor but Saturdays was just disgusting, 30+ minute wait for soggy corn, wrong burgers and flat Pepsi max, and we weren’t the only ones, 3 families managed to chat to potential customers and turn them away after explaining our issues. Will NEVER return, utter garbage. Not worth the 1 star

disgusting service,after being against kfc for so long after a bad experience years ago my husband and i decided to give it another go in edinburgh and again in fort william, both perfect,beautiful,however a recent visit to glasgow saddened us,we asked for the food to be freshly cooked so it would remain hot as we had quite q walk back to our hotel, the food was handed to us after approx 3 minutes so it obviously wasnt freshly cooked.bargain bucket 6 pieces chicken and 4 fries, got back to hotel and no fris so walked back and complained by which time the chicken was cold , they gave us 4 fries and attempted to send us on our way with cold chicken and 4 hot fries, we asked for fresh chicken as it was their fault and the manager came out with attitude and said no, we tried to argue the matter by wich time my husband was absolutely fuming, i demanded a refund and he said yeah sure but your not getting more chicken, he slammed the money in to my husbands hand, horrible disgusting person, this has ruined my day and my newly renewed faith in kfc, this happened on sunday 15 august 2021 at approx 6pm,argyll street glasgow you actually need to sort out your staff he is most definately not a people person. next stop trip advisor

Digusting that you advertise your opening times in watford on st albans road at midnight and its shut at 11:40pm the staff were rude and told us to go away !! They are lucky to have a job in this day and age and should be more respectful to customers because without them you have no buisness

About KFC 687 high road seven kings ilford ig38rq I am a delivery driver since Uber and just eat and deliveroo working with you everything is ok but some staff are very very rude hear and also racist one girl her name is neera rehman she is huge rude with customers and delivery drivers so my humbles is request to you sir pls remove her to other store because if she work hear you will loose lot of customers.
