While there are many stars in the Corby store, Samantha H. stands out above the others. She is the lifeblood of the store and a genuine joy at checkout; she made shopping enjoyable rather than painful. If you had the opportunity to honour her with an award, I would be forever grateful. That's the ICELAND WAREHOUSE.
Iceland offers five-star service, but just-eat.co.uk doesn't quite measure up. I used Just Eat to make a purchase for Iceland. Iceland was excellent; however, the just-eat.co.uk delivery guy was careless and brought me someone else's meal in addition to half of mine. When I called my neighbourhood store in Chester-Le-Street, they were incredibly helpful and delivered the remaining portion of my order, as I was unable to complete anything using just-eat. I'm grateful.
Such a very nice man has just brought my Iceland delivery through the snow and down many steps, and kindly warned me about the steps should it be cold in the night. Iceland first rescued us in the pandemic and continues to do so from time to time. We could not be more grateful or more satisfied, thank you!
