After reading these reviews don’t know what I’ll do I have large set of mirrored draws that are faulty I’m getting nowhere to have them collected I’ve tried live chat numerous emails phone calls it’s worrying me no end as soon they will start wanting payment fell very anxious don’t know what to do they are stuck in the middle of my hall😥
This company is shocking. I am so stressed out as they never reply to emails or reviews you put on Trust Pilot only a generic email. I had an habdbag and after 2 or 3 uses the lining ripped. Cost £57. It has taken me weeks to get this sorted so i can return the faulty goods. But if this damages my credit rating because they have sent me a statement for payment i will see you in court.
I've given 1star because there is no option for ZERO stars
Incompetent lying staff, failed collections. Managers don't call back when stated they will. Absolute joke of a company
