My wife and I generally visit KFC at least once a week, well we used to, that was until they started to give us those disgusting gravy fries with our meals.. they have got to be the most vilest fries ever sold in a fast food establishment.. thanks to them we now go more often to McDonalds and to be honest their mccrispy chicken is nicer and less greasy than kfc chicken...nice kick and lovely flavour....so until those disgusting fries are removed, or at least have to be requested my wife and I will not be back.

What a shambles KFC are, noono answering the phone or answering e mails whe i wish to complain about undercooked bloody chicken whic is highly dangerous. Can someone contact me. I have complained to the Local authority askin to take action/

Does anybody care about service? This branch is probably one of the worst in the country. Waiting times average 45 minutes, orders mixed up or wrong/ short. Staff totally uninterested. Avoid at all cost. Terrible!!

0 stars but i have to give a star so i can do this review,you dont deserve any stars so a begrudging 1 star Strood kent kfc has given me food poisoning i have explosive diarrhea,vomitting already done 3 loads of washing because keep soiling myself never eating there again disgraceful kfc was my favourite but cant trust their food ever again

Today I went to late dads home as I have done for five months it is in Preston and my sister and I always get KFC on the way home today they were closed so as I had to take my sister home to Banks near Southport we went to there store the young lady on the window had no people skills at all when we go to Preston we substitute out drink for a gravy nothing is ever said but today I was told they don’t do that and what drink did we want we said we didn’t like the drinks only to be told that we could have bottled water so we got a drink in the end my order came to £50.64 it was all crammed into one bag so I asked the price of the water and it was almost the same as a gravy so what was the problem doing the exchange. I work at there opposite company and I am a customer experience leader if I thought some of the staff who work with me talked to people like that no wonder the fast food industry get a bad name

In Dundee our KFC is bone dry with no taste of spices and really hard to even get into the chicken as the breadcrumbs are so over cooked, the Chicken gravy is dark brown with black bits and a strong terrible taste not like it used to be. Last week i was on holiday in Alanya Turkey and went to KFC twice the chicken was like the olden days juicy with skin falling of the bone and you could taste the spices, also the gravy was the old type light creamy chicken flavour with no bits, so you obviously still make this for outside the uk. is the changes due to British regulations that chicken can't be done the old way weather it was deep fried and now baked i'm not sure. but since it changed from Kentucky fried chicken to KFC we lost everything good about it and now i'll only eat it outside the uk. star rating is for uk (abroad get 5 stars)

Please, do a spot check at your outlet in Byker, Newcastle. At 1850 hrs today, 9/6/23, I bought 2 fillet tower box meals, 1 zinger box meal amongst ither things and the lady at the window tooke my correct order for the additional side of chicken piece with each. I went round to the othe window of the drive through to pick up and the only car in front of me waited for 10 mins for her order. When it sas time for mine, the lady at the delivery window checked that I was the 3 bix meals, took another 5 mins and when I opened my food at home, there were no chicken pieces included with any of the box meals. I understand they can de rushed with orders from uber eat, just eat etc but if they can't cope, there is a point when they need to stop taking orders and tell people to go somewhere else. People hate paying for food that they don't get.

KFC are a joke. They omitted to place an item in my takeaway order and they want me to drive to them to get a refund or pick up the items. I will not be using them again. An absolute joke.

KFC used to be good, now it's absolutely shocking. In Chichester and Bognor Regis branches the food is disgusting, the chips are the worst of any fast food takeaway and the service is very third-world. What happened to this once very proud institution?

I am angry beyond believe! What morons do KFC employ in their restaurants? Nearly every week there is something missing from my order. This evening a complete meal was missing! The order was placed as always through Just Eat. A refund has been requested but this is not the answer. How difficult can it be to read a computer screen, pick the order and place the corrected items in the correct box / bag? Extremely difficult for the staff at Loughborough KFC! In the past I have rung the restaurant to complain and been told it isn’t their problem as I ordered through Just Eat so I have to take it up with them! Hang on, Just Eat don’t pick the orders! It is high time a senior manager carried out an unannounced check on the performance of their staff at this restaurant. Part of their problem could be the fact that picked items are just placed in any box / bag connected to the order so they lose track of what they have picked. When I open the delivery bag I find every week that the orders have been packed wrong. It isn’t rocket science. The quality of staff employed needs to be improved and those picking orders need to be supervised properly to check they are picking the right items and the full order.
