My purchase malfunctioned approximately six months prior to the three-year guarantee expiring. After I called customer service, a replacement showed up the following day! I was told to box up the old item using the packaging from the replacement and then get in touch with the team to schedule pickup. I completed this, and once more, Lakeland used Evri, which is a really efficient service. Everything about the transaction was as easy as a return could be, and I'm happy with the replacement.
